About The Role

The Inventory Analysts primary objective is to ensure optimal product availability and inventory health for assigned brands. This is achieved through the strategic optimization of inventory levels and key performance indicators (KPIs), including Days of Stock (DOS), percentage of excess inventory, and percentage of out-of-stock items. The analyst is also responsible for proactively communicating identified risks and mitigation plans to all relevant stakeholders. Regular execution of reordering, replenishment, and shipment planning is essential, guided by the latest forecast signals and established inventory planning guidelines.

What Youll Do

  • Analyze inventory risks (shortages and overstock conditions) resulting from forecasting changes or supply chain disruptions.
  • Develop proactive action plans to minimize or prevent inventory risks (out-of-stock and overstock scenarios) in collaboration with internal Supply Chain teams and respective Business Units.
  • Communicate and coordinate action plans with various stakeholders, including the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Team, Business Units, Procurement, Logistics, and Brand Management.
  • Provide weekly reports to Brand Management, Business Units, and Leadership teams on the inventory health status of their assigned brands.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Branded Inventory management tools and processes, ensuring adherence to the latest established procedures and systems.
  • Manage projects as assigned by management.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience (Supply Chain Management certification is preferred).
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce Supply Chain Management (experience with Amazon FBA is advantageous).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and improving supply chain data, information, and processes.
  • Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-scale projects and anticipate potential challenges.
  • A quick learner with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to diverse challenges.
