About The Role

The Inventory Administrator is responsible for accurately updating inventory and shipment receipts, generating Amazon shipment labels, and coordinating with procurement and logistics teams. This role also involves managing inventory transfers, monitoring third-party logistics (3PLs) and carriers, escalating issues, and updating the Netsuite database.

This role is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

What Youll Do

  • Accurately and promptly update inventory and shipment receipts within the supply chain.
  • Generate Amazon shipment labels promptly for both US and non-US shipments.
  • Effectively coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams.
  • Coordinate inventory transfers to and from external warehouses.
  • Monitor and pursue 3PLs and carriers for timely execution.
  • Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders to facilitate critical decision-making by the Inventory Team.
  • Update the Netsuite database as required.

Who You Are

  • Proficiency in Google Office applications (Sheets, Word, Slides)
  • Experience with inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and reporting software (Tableau)
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and 3PL WMSs
  • Understanding of supply chain logistics and shipping processes
  • Knowledgeable on basic SQL programming, a plus not required
