General Responsibilities
Employer Branding
- Content Production: Execute the end-to-end creation of social media content for LinkedIn and other career platforms, including professional copywriting and visual design.
- Storytelling & Coordination: Conduct interviews and facilitate content-capture sessions with employees to document workplace culture, testimonials, and "day-in-the-life" features.
- Asset Management: Systematize and manage the digital asset library (photos, videos, templates), ensuring all branding collateral is organized and brand-compliant.
- Campaign Logistics: Coordinate the execution of digital branding campaigns and physical activations, such as career fairs and campus outreach events.
Recruitment Support
- End-to-End Recruitment Support: Assist in managing the recruitment funnel for various roles (Internship and Full-Time), including drafting job postings, proactive sourcing, and resume screening.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional journey from application to onboarding.
- University Outreach Support: Manage initial communications and outreach to new potential university partners and student organizations to expand our talent network.
Data Management & Analytics
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for employer branding, such as social media engagement rates and newsletter open/click rates.
- Recruitment Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers to monitor time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate funnel conversion rates.
- Data Integrity: Perform regular audits of talent databases and contact lists to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
General Talent Management Support
- Logistics Coordination: Provide end-to-end logistical support for various talent functions (e.g., L&D workshops, engagement events, town halls).
- Administrative Support: Assist the Talent Management team with general administrative tasks and records maintenance.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related Business field.
Creative Content Suite: Proficient in Canva for graphic design and CapCut (or similar tools) for short-form video editing and storytelling.
Google Workspace: Advanced user of Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets for data tracking and Google Slides for professional presentations.
Communications: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft engaging newsletters and maintain professional correspondence with partners.
HR Tools: Prior exposure to or a strong willingness to learn HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for data management and recruitment.
Work Schedule: Ability to commit to a hybrid setup with a preference for 3–4 days onsite (Monday to Thursday) to ensure close collaboration with the Talent team.
