Integrated Marketing Communications Specialist

The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Specialist executes media and communication strategies that support brand and business objectives. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions through data-driven insights.

• Develop and recommend effective media plans across ATL, digital, and influencer channels to support marketing objectives
• Analyze campaign performance, media metrics, and market trends to optimize media efficiency and ROI
• Manage end-to-end execution of media campaigns, including planning, coordination, budget management, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (media, creative, PR, influencers) to ensure seamless campaign delivery
• Ensure consistency of messaging while adapting content to platform-specific best practices and audience behavior
• Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights and learnings for continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or digital/media roles
• Basic knowledge of media planning, integrated campaigns, and digital marketing channels
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or other reporting/analytics tools
