Industrial Engineer - Fresh Grad

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate levels of stock, managing inventory movements, and ensuring smooth warehouse and supply chain operations. The role involves monitoring inventory transactions, coordinating stock activities, and safeguarding inventory accuracy through efficient systems and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related course
• Interested and willing to pursue a career in Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Inventory Management
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data recording
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Knowledge in SAP, Oracle, or any Inventory/ERP System is an advantage
• Familiar with basic inventory control concepts (e.g., FIFO, FEFO, stock rotation, cycle counting) is a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet reporting deadlines
• Organized and dependable, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Team-player, willing to coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and other departments
