About The Role

We're a fast-growing B2B outbound agency running email campaigns for a portfolio of active clients. When a lead replies with interest, you're the one who turns that reply into a booked meeting — by phone first, by email when a call isn't possible.

What You'll Do

• Work a pre-qualified inbox — 95%+ of what lands here is a real, warm lead
• Call qualified leads within 10 minutes of their reply landing — no cold calling, ever
• Keep it simple and human on the call: no pitching, no scripts read word-for-word
• Send a brief, natural email reply when a call isn't the right first move
• Book the meeting and hand off a clean lead summary the moment it's confirmed
• Use AI-suggested replies as a starting point, then make the call on tone and category yourself
  
  

• Real experience setting appointments or managing a reply inbox for a US-facing audience
• Excellent written English that reads like a person, not a template
• You pick up the phone without hesitating, and you're ready to work most conversations by voice
• You're comfortable with a genuinely flexible night shift, and you've thought about what that means for your schedule before applying
• You don't need someone checking in on you constantly — you figure things out and flag what you can't
