A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As an ICT Reports Developer, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights through the development of clear, insightful, and actionable reports. Youll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data is effectively analyzed, visualized, and communicated to support decision-making.

Your Day Could See You

• Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Grafana, or Jaspersoft
• Conducting data analysis to uncover trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into report specifications
• Ensuring seamless data integration by working with data engineers and IT teams
• Automating routine reports and implementing scheduling systems for timely distribution
• Monitoring report performance and optimizing data queries and models for responsiveness
• Documenting methodologies, report structures, and data sources for knowledge-sharing
• Supporting and training end-users on report interpretation and troubleshooting data access issues
• Staying updated on analytics tools, trends, and best practices for continuous improvement
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar Report Developer or BI Analyst role
• Proficient in reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Jaspersoft)
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, manipulation, and transformation
• Experienced in report automation using Excel, VBA, and macros
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and performance tuning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong documentation and writing skills
• Knowledge of ETL processes and database management
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus
