Your Bite-size Role

Power 4 All, Inc. is currently looking for a Hydrogeology Consultant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting groundwater exploration, assessment, and sustainability initiatives for our clean water and renewable energy projects. You will be responsible for conducting hydrogeological studies, analyzing water resource data, and ensuring sustainable and compliant water management practices.

The ideal candidate should exhibit high standards in communication with partners and clients, acting as an ambassador of Power 4 All. With a strong ability to initiate and deliver committed tasks, you will help ensure success in this multifaceted role

Your Role Has a Wide Range Of Responsibilities

  • Conduct groundwater exploration, assessment, and resource evaluation
  • Perform hydrogeological investigations including site assessments, drilling supervision, and aquifer testing
  • Analyze and interpret hydrogeological and environmental data
  • Develop sustainable groundwater management and extraction plans
  • Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and water resource standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on water-related projects
  • Monitor groundwater conditions and recommend mitigation or improvement measures
  • Support project development for water supply, wastewater, and solar initiatives

Who We Need For a High-performance Team

  • Masters Degree in Water Resource Engineering, Hydrogeology, or related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in groundwater exploration and sustainability studies
  • Proven track record as a Hydrogeology Consultant/Practitioner
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine environmental and water regulations
  • Advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in water resource, wastewater, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
