Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for hiring
• Provide support in administering training to employees
• Process onboarding procedures for new hires
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities
• Maintain and update HR databases
• Monitor the progress of and facilitate check-ins with interns
• Assist in benefits administration
• Provide support in the implementation of performance management system
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, and other management related degrees
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Full-time position; hybrid work arrangement (Ortigas Center, Pasig City)
• Professional and exceptional interpersonal skills, pleasant personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Proficient in MS Office applications
