Job Description

OVERALL

  • Ensuring continuous organizational improvement and ensure its effectiveness and efficiency. These include processes and systems related to performance management, talent management, job re-design, employee wellness and skills development. Collaborates with different departments that need assistance in analyzing departmental challenges.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR Manager on all activities in relation to the reason for existence of the position.
  • Communicate with the department heads about development concepts and processes as well as promote organizational development by designing and implementing performance appraisal systems that increase the productivity while using the company resources.
  • Develop organizational assessment procedures, interpret results, and prepare recommendations and action plans.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness within human resources program.
  • Create feedback mechanisms that build on organizational and individual capabilities, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of these mechanisms regularly.
  • Track and communicate progress, obstacles and challenges to the top management as needed.
  • Research and analyze data to identify skill gaps and create strategies to address organization and departmental concerns.
  • Design, oversee and implement training programs and outreach efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related courses.
  • With experience is an advantage
  • Results oriented and can handle multi-task responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge on government and mandated laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and self-awareness.
  • Can communicate presentation effectively to build relationships.
  • Can present ideas clearly in written & oral form to avoid misunderstandings, conflicts and productivity problems.
  • Data gathering & assessment capability.
