The HR Recruitment role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent in support of the organization's workforce requirements. The position works closely with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience and compliance with company hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job qualifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.
Prepare job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
Recruitment Administration
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Monitor recruitment status and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Ensure completion of pre-employment requirements and onboarding documents.
Prepare employment contracts and new hire documentation.
Maintain accurate recruitment 201 records and reports.
Employer Branding and Sourcing
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Onboarding Support
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
Ensure smooth transition of new employees into the organization.
Monitor onboarding completion and employee integration activities.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
13 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience handling volume hiring and corporate recruitment.
Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Familiarity with recruitment systems and applicant tracking tools.
Skills And Competencies
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Remain flexible and adaptable to changes in job responsibilities, processes, and organizational requirements.
