The HR Manager serves as a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing end-to-end HR support and guidance to leaders and employees. The role collaborates closely with management to align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, support talent management initiatives, and foster a positive employee experience.

The HR Manager acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, change management, and talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations while supporting the achievement of business goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any relevant course.
• At least 5 years of work experience in Human Resources with people management function.

• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (onsite).
