Chef Secret, Inc. is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and support our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR policies, programs, and procedures.

HR Manager plans, directs, and coordinates an organizations administrative functions, acting as the bridge between management and employees. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, overseeing payroll and benefits, ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and developing HR strategies that support business goals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Graduate of Human Resource Development, Psychology or any related course
• Can work with minimal supervision and excellent decision making skill
• With 5 years of experience in HR
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
