Duties And Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
  • Administer assessments and background/reference checks.
  • Prepare job offers, negotiate compensation, and issue employment contracts.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant databases.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, hiring success rate, etc.).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements and documentation.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and company policy briefing.
  • Coordinate with IT/Admin for onboarding requirements (ID, system access, workspace).
  • Ensure completion of employee 201 files and HRIS enrollment.
  • Monitor probationary evaluation schedules.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and government-mandated benefits administration.
  • Address employee concerns and provide HR guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Process employee resignations and terminations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from employees.
  • Coordinate clearance process (IT, Admin, Finance, etc.).
  • Prepare final pay documentation and necessary certificates (e.g., COE, BIR forms).
  • Update HR records and ensure proper documentation filing.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
