Job Description

The HR Associate is responsible for handling various HR functions, including Talent Management system administration, HR analytics, HR special projects, and other HR-related tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Job Responsibilities

  • Darwinbox Administration
  • To serve as the primary point of contact for Darwinbox , a talent management platform .
  • To oversee the management and maintenance of employee information , including data entry, updates, and system troubleshooting.
  • To provide training and support to employees and managers on Darwinbox functionalities.
  • To collaborate with the IT department to ensure system integration and data accuracy.
  • HR Analytics
  • To collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights .
  • To prepare regular HR reports and dashboards , highlighting key metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, training and development impact, and diversity and inclusion statistics .
  • To provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes, policies, and programs .
  • To collaborate with HR and business leaders to define HR analytics requirements and develop standardized reporting templates.
  • HR Special Projects
  • To support the HR leaders in executing special projects, such as policy development, process improvement initiatives, or HR audits .
  • To conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports or presentations on various HR-related topics.
  • To coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project initiatives effectively.
  • Other HR Tasks
  • To provide general HR support to employees regarding policies, procedures, and benefits .
  • To assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, surveys, or recognition programs .
  • To support HR leaders in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
