We bring to the Philippinemarket specialty medicines and devices in critical care, cardiovascular,anti-infectives, anesthesia and pain, and advanced wound care — therapieschosen because they address unmet clinical needs and because few others cansupply them.

The Head of People & Capability is central to that build.

The Opportunity

This is a newly created senior leadership position with a seat onthe Management Committee and a direct line to the General Manager. You willlead three functions as one integrated People & Capability organization:Human Resources, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), and Training &Development (T&D).

Few roles in Philippine pharma offer this breadth. You will shapehow PPI attracts, develops, deploys, rewards, and retains its people; you willown the people architecture behind the commercial plan — territory and targetdesign, sales incentive programs, grading and career tracks, key accountselling capability, and leadership development for field managers; and you willact as the General Manager's principal advisor on organization and talent. Youwill have the mandate, the budget, and direct access to the owners to build afunction designed for the company's next decade.

What You Will Own

One people strategy andoperating plan spanning HR, SFE, and T&D, aligned to PPI's annual businessplan

HR operations and governance:DOLE compliance, statutory obligations, policies and process guidelines,employee relations and due process, HRIS (Zoho People & Recruit)

Talent acquisition andonboarding for field and office roles, including the employee referral program

Compensation and benefitsframeworks, grading and career architecture, and succession for critical roles

The annual target-setting,territory design, and KPI calibration cycle for the national field force, andthe administration of the sales incentive program

Onboarding, selling-skills, andcoaching curricula for Medical Representatives, Key Account Specialists, andDistrict Sales Managers; product and scientific training in partnership withMedical Affairs

The company-wide performancemanagement cycle and the capability of managers to set objectives, coach, andlead

Organization design and changemanagement for PPI's expansion into new therapeutic areas and channels

The development of your ownteam — SFE Manager, Training Officer, and the HR team — into independentfunctional leaders

What Sets You Apart

Solid commercial understandingof pharmaceutical operations in the Philippines setting.

HR leadership or HR BusinessPartner experience or a Senior level sales management role in a Philippinepharma or healthcare multinational

Ethical pharma andhospital-channel background, ideally in cardiovascular, critical care, oranti-infectives

Zoho, SAP, Salesforce, orcomparable HRIS and CRM experience

Coaching, facilitation, orstrengths-based assessment credentials; PMAP membership

Requirements

Who You Are

A senior leader with at least fifteen(15) years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, nutrition,or consumer-health companies operating a field force in the Philippines,including 5 or more years leading teams of ten or more

Deep in at least two of thethree disciplines — HR operations and employee relations; sales forceeffectiveness; sales training and coaching — with a clear view of how to leadthe third through your team

Grounded in the PhilippineLabor Code, DOLE regulations, statutory benefits, and disciplinary due process

Experienced in designing oradministering field-force incentive schemes and performance measurement systems

A proven developer of people,with direct reports who have grown into independent leaders under you

Credible with field leaders andcomfortable in hospital and physician-facing settings

A strong writer, able toproduce analyses, frameworks, and recommendations for senior leadership withoutsupport

Holder of a bachelor's degree;fluent in English and Filipino; willing to travel nationwide (20–30%)
