This client is a long-established multinational organization operating within the services sector, with a strong and enduring presence in the Philippines. Their office is located in Pasig City.
Job Description
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and end-to-end financial controls, ensuring strong governance and timely reporting.
- Oversee monthly closing, audits, compliance, and all core finance processes with accuracy and rigor.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the MD and cross-functional leaders, advising on risks, opportunities, and key decisions.
- Manage and develop a large finance and C&C team, driving performance, turnaround, and capability building.
- Lead critical projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring strong execution, resilience under pressure, and hands‑on leadership during crises.
A Successful Head Of Finance Must Have
- CPA license
- Proven experience leading large finance teams (minimum of 20 members)
- At least 12 years of finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Demonstrated capability in navigating challenging environments and driving business turnaround initiatives
- amenable to working onsite daily in Pasig City
