Job Summary

Acquire Intelligence Pty Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across various channels
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
• Manage and optimize the companys marketing budget to maximize ROI
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, implementing new strategies as appropriate
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar role, preferably in the BPO industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM systems)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and project management abilities
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM software
• Knowledge of the Australian business landscape and regulations is a plus
