Graphic Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable Graphic Designer to support our branding, marketing, and content production efforts across digital and print platforms. This role requires strong design fundamentals, experience producing marketing assets, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly visual, and stays updated with the latest trends in design, social media, and AI-assisted creative tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing assets for social media, web, email, and advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Develop visuals for LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
• Create layouts, graphics, and content for brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Support the creation of wireframes or mockups for landing pages, ads, and campaign materials as needed.
• Edit and enhance images or short-form videos to support multimedia content initiatives.
• Use generative AI tools to speed up creative production and expand design ideation (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT).
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to execute campaign goals and design strategies.
• Maintain an organized asset library and ensure consistent application of brand standards across all outputs.
• Stay updated with design, social media, and AI trends to continuously improve creative quality and efficiency.
  
  
  

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within marketing, creative, or digital-focused environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media content, marketing design, and multimedia graphics.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Figma, or Canva.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in image editing, retouching, and basic video editing for social media or marketing use.
• Familiarity with generative AI creative tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback.
