The People Specialist maintains records, prepares documents, and ensures that employees receive adequate support.

Core Function/Key Responsibilities

Performance/ Regularization Monitoring

  • Sending 3rd and 5th Month performance evaluation reminder to Leaders.
  • Sending regularization letters.
  • Updates of benefits upon regularization clearance is obtained.
  • Facilitating annual performance management.

Pre-Employment, Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Creation of Bank Accounts
  • Validation of Government Docs
  • Confirmation of Details
  • Discuss pre-employment requirements for new hires
  • Sending employee agreements for signing
  • Collate, monitor completion and endorse completed new hire 201 files for
  • Compensation & Benefits Records
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding based on assigned modules
  • Managing end to end off boarding process
  • Background check with agencies
  • LOA issuance support to sales team for new clients onboarding

Required Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • Must have at least 1 year of general experience in HR
  • Strong background in sourcing for diverse roles
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Process improvement experience and advantage
  • Proactive, organized, responsible, an independent worker, and has good decision-making skills.
  • Can work remotely and on site with the work hours been set with the team.
