Scope
- Own global financial strategy, controls, and governance across multi-region operations
- Lead transformation of finance processes, reporting, and compliance frameworks
- Partner with executive leadership on capital allocation, forecasting, and risk
- Drive automation and digital finance initiatives (AI, analytics, reporting)
- Oversee audit, regulatory compliance, and financial integrity at scale
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8–15+ years in top-tier consulting or global finance leadership
- Strong background in financial strategy, controls, or transformation
- Experience with large-scale, multi-country operations
- Proven track record in driving process optimization and automation
- Excellent stakeholder management with C-level exposure
