Context
We are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Financial Controller to join our finance team in the Philippines, reporting directly to the CFO ASIA.
Missions/Main Duties
Accounting:
Area Controlling: Assist for the budget cycle: development of the annual budget, forecasting and budget exercises, gap analysis. Assist of the monthly closing process: reporting production, analysis of the results, indicator monitoring, analysis and understanding of gaps. Coordinate and controlling of dashboards and financial indicators in the Area (WC, DSO, ... ). Prepare various presentations for Group reporting.
Treasury: Animate the cash committees. Review the optimization of financial balances of subsidiaries, control operation financing. Review and supervise the Cash flow.
Follow-up of Projects: Financial component for major tenders issued. Monitoring of the monthly contracts reviews. Validation of initial budgets of contracts managed. Monthly review of contracts in collaboration with the operational team.
Consolidation: Ensure the correct application of IFRS on its perimeter. Ensure the correct transmission of consolidation packages to consolidation department on time. Ensure the relevance of the gaps between reporting, social accounts and consolidated accounts.
Accounting: Ensure the proper application of Group accounting rules. Coordinate the monthly, half-yearly and annual closings of the accounts of entities within its scope. Support local accounting managers on difficulties encountered or arbitrations requested about the Group Accounting Manager. Supervise the audits progress for entities.
Tax: Supervise the tax records in conjunction with the Region and Group Tax Department.
Process, Standards and Internal Control: Identify and supervise the improvement projects of financial process. Ensure the correct application of procedures, standards, and Group management rules. Ensure the existence of a good level of local internal control and participate in its improvement. Monitor and review of internal control locally, monitor action plans decided by the Risk Management and Audit department.
Governance: Ensure the implementation of appropriate quality assurance processes. Ensure the implementation and adherence to the Systra Group policies, particularly on governance, compliance and ethics.
Ad hoc Requests: Prepare analysis, reports, presentations per request from the manager.
Optimisation & Development :
Supports the Finance team in implementing and enforcing company-wide accounting policies & best practice.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Profile/Skills
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Masters degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
CPA, CMA or equivalent certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
At least 10 years experience in accounting and finance.
Highly detail oriented and organized in work.
Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and clients to maximize performance.
Fluent in English and French is a plus.
Additional Language is a plus.
Strong Excel skills.
