finance Specialist

We are looking for a Finance Specialist who will become the network’s primary gatekeeper for financial data and disbursements. You will lead the "Source of Truth" for all monetary inflows and outflows, ensuring that the company’s cash flow is monitored accurately and that all team members and partners are compensated with 100% precision.

Minimum Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Operations & Accounts Receivable: Execute end-to-end billing processes, issue accurate and timely invoices, and actively manage Accounts Receivable follow-ups to support healthy cash flow and timely collections.
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Support bi-monthly payroll processing, including the computation, filing, and remittance of government-mandated contributions and tax withholdings, ensuring accuracy and on-time compliance.
• Expense, Reimbursements & Disbursement Control: Review and audit employee reimbursements, petty cash, and vendor disbursements to ensure alignment with internal approval workflows and complete supporting documentation.
• General Ledger & Financial Tracking: Maintain the general ledger and update financial trackers on a regular basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• P&L and Unit Economics Tracking: Support the preparation and ongoing tracking of profit and loss (P&L) statements and unit economics by updating cost allocations, revenue inputs, and performance trackers, and flagging material variances for management review.
  
  

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Fresh grads are welcome but must demonstrate an extreme aptitude for numbers.
• Absolute precision in data entry and a deep understanding of PH labor laws/tax compliance.
• Expert proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Gemini).
