Role purpose

Finance Manager is a key leadership role, that will lead the finance function by overseeing the overall financial performance management, ensuring high standards of compliance are met, and highlight business performance opportunities.

In addition to leading traditional finance and accounting activities, you will partner with commercial counterparts to lead FP&A activities, champion process, system and policy change, and improvement activities across the business. You are expected to be an effective communicator, interacting, and influencing a range of stakeholders.

We are seeking a finance leader with excellent analytical skills, accustomed to partnering across multiple business functions, possessing excellent interpersonal skills. As the Finance Manager, you should have an agile mindset, while leading and mentoring the country finance team.

Key accountabilities

What will you bring to the organisation?

• Over 5+years experience of financial leadership with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and post-graduate certifications in Commerce, business or analytical disciplines with solid experience in an MNC environment
• Demonstrated financial controller, and wider finance management experience partnering with internal customers. Strong experience in leading and compiling statutory financial statements and local taxation compliances.
• Experienced in collaborating with business leaders, regional and global colleagues, serving as an effective business partner.
• A superior customer service attitude, showing positive work behaviours and being an excellent leader and team player
• Highly reliable and consistent performer, adept at navigating complex, dynamic, and challenging situations with professionalism and effectiveness.
• Demonstrated experience in improving finance team performance, developing, training and motivating staff to reach greater achievement
• Capability and willingness to be both hands on and provide effective supervision and guidance to staff.
• Proactive communicator with excellent written and verbal English Skills to interact effectively with global colleagues. High energy, proactive, driven and motivated
• Capable of efficiently managing multiple priorities, acting swiftly and decisively, while engaging effectively with all levels of the organisation.
