PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Global Finance Success (GFS) belongs to one of the main pillars of Global Finance which is Global Finance Infrastructure. GFS environment allows SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the Finance processes while delivering global end to end process standards.
Within GFS, the O2I CSS Team (Cloud Software & Support) is responsible for supporting the processes for the administration of Cloud Subscription, Software License and Support contracts and invoices starting with the receipt of signed contracts. The department maintains a strong focus on customer experience, in order to do this, will engage with other relevant departments within the company to resolve problems, drive automation and enablement. It provides timely and relevant reporting and supporting projects.
What Youll Do
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Review and interpret software contracts terms and conditions, and be able to confirm validity and accuracy according to internal policies in place and securing
SOX compliance.
- On time process of customer sales orders into SAP systems.
- Ensure license entitlement is correctly entered into SAP systems to allow customers to receive correct software, access and license keys.
- Generate invoices and/or credit notes on order completion.
- Archiving and maintaining all contractual documentation
- Support AR and Sales teams on invoice discrepancies, customer records, billing research and general queries.
- Provide post-sales support
- Answering internal and external queries within Service Level Agreement
- Ensure month/ quarter end close activities are executed on a timely and accurate manner

Education And Qualifications / Skills And Competencies
- Successfully completed University degree
- Business education (preferred)
- With 1 to 2 years of work experience
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized and with strong follow-up skills
- Must be able to adapt quickly, able to prioritize and solve problems with less supervision
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism.
- Team player and with strong work ethics
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
