Title: Finance Analyst

JFC’s Finance Analyst Is Responsible For The Following

Profit Management

• Prepare financial reports and analysis.
• Identify and recommend profit maximization opportunities.
• Implement solutions to business problems.
• Analyze financial reports and provide strategic insights.
  
  

• Collaborate with JWS on financial reporting.
• Coordinate with RBU store operations for financial requirements.
• Ensure RBU policies align with SBU.
• Monitor and review opex and capex spending.
• Evaluate and improve spending processes.
• Maintain financial information database.
  
  

• Provide financial advisory to Finance and RBU Heads.
• Prepare financial analysis for new stores and renovations.
• Update and enhance new store financial matrix.
• Prepare store valuations for ownership transfers.
• Evaluate capital spending projects.
• Conduct financial training sessions.
  
  

• Prepare sales and P&L budgets for RBU stores.
• Ensure budget alignment with SBU direction.
• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate annual budgets.
• Support annual operating plan with analysis.
• Assist budget owners and conduct budget orientations.
• Review and recommend SBU budget approval.
• Analyze actual results vs. budget.
  
  

• Ensure adherence to cash control and inventory policies.
• Monitor capex and opex spending compliance.
• Ensure all stores are insured.
• Follow store closure and ownership change policies.
• Participate in corporate audits.
  
  

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any finance related course.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Finance Planning or Budgeting or Controllership.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid set-up)
