About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join our clients team and take a leadership role in driving high-quality audit and assurance services. In this role, you will oversee complex audit engagements, guide senior teams in executing strategic initiatives, and ensure adherence to professional and regulatory standards. You will play a key role in shaping audit direction, strengthening client relationships, and developing high-performing teams. This position offers the opportunity to lead with influence, navigate complexity, and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex audit engagements and strategic audit initiatives.
  • Provide direction and oversight to audit teams, ensuring alignment with engagement objectives and firm standards.
  • Drive the execution of audit strategies while ensuring a client-centric and quality-focused approach.
  • Manage and strengthen senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on audit matters.
  • Review and resolve complex audit issues, providing sound professional judgment and practical solutions.
  • Guide teams through ambiguous and challenging situations while maintaining composure and clarity.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop managers and senior staff to build high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies, including independence and code of conduct.
  • Promote innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement in audit processes and delivery.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accountancy; CPA required (Philippines CPA or US CPA equivalent).
  • At least 10 to 15 years of experience in financial statement audit.
  • Strong background in leading complex audit engagements across multiple industries.
  • Experienced in managing and developing audit teams at a manager level and above.
  • Deep technical knowledge of auditing and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management, client relationship, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Can start immediately, if possible.
