Your role
As An Executive Coordinator, You Will
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars and schedules for C-suite leaders, coordinating numerous meetings and calls with the Board of Directors and other executives.
- Arrange complex global travel, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transport, visas, and preparing detailed trip agendas.
- Draft meeting agendas, presentations, and talking points, ensuring timely and accurate processing of travel/vendor expenses using the corporate card.
- Serve as the C-suite gatekeeper, escalating critical information while managing other communications and leveraging support teams for administrative tasks.
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of corporate projects, meeting all deliverables and providing proactive status updates to the Lead Executive Coordinator.
- Coordinate high-profile office visits and support all corporate events, including Board meeting and dinner coordination.
- Collaborate effectively across the organization and maintain strong relationships with administrative/offshore support teams to facilitate project movement.

Position: Data Entry Analyst

As An Data Entry Analyst, You Will
- Process complex insurance tasks and operate various client systems independently.
- Optimize operations by analyzing problems, developing procedures, and ensuring compliance.
- Enhance customer experience by communicating with clients, addressing needs, and building strong relationships.
- Perform audits and troubleshooting to identify gaps, resolve issues, and meet compliance requirements.
- Conduct training by creating training plans, managing processes, and coaching junior trainers.
- Develop and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and training plans to ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure processes meet high standards and client expectations.
- Support other tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and onboarding new clients and tasks.

What You Need:
- Experience: 5-7 years of executive or administrative support experience, specifically supporting C-suite or senior executives.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with impeccable integrity.
- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional skills to multitask, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and consistently meet demanding deadlines.
- Communication Excellence: Superior written, oral, and presentation skills; ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Proactivity & Follow-Through: High sense of urgency and drive for meticulous follow-through on all assignments.
- Professional Integrity: Unwavering ethical standards, representing the company with the highest level of professionalism and urgency.
- Technology Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferred skills/expertise:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
