What will you do? 

As an E-Revenue Growth Manager, you will be a pivotal player in driving profitable growth and optimizing revenue across our online platforms. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of Revenue Growth Management principles, specifically applied to the e-commerce landscape. You will be responsible for meticulously managing pricing, promotion, and mix levers to maximize valorization, ensure best-in-class execution, and directly contribute to the overall divisional RGM objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in deploying category-specific RGM strategies within the online environment and fostering collaboration across multiple functions to achieve our growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

CO-DEFINE AND DEPLOY THE CATEGORY RGM STRATEGY

  • Oversee and actively drive pricing, promotion, mix, and trade terms activities and initiatives across categories in the online channel.
  • Assistin the comprehensive deployment of the business valorization plan, collaborating closely with Category Leads, Finance, Business Planning, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless implementation andoptimalstrategic outcomes in both online and offline environments.
  • Co-drive the annual valorization cycle, strategically planning YEAR +1 growth initiatives across all RGM levers by category and developing robust multi-year RGM plans tailored for specific customers and categories.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Directors, Category Development Managers, and Finance teams to effectively deploy the comprehensive business valorization plan, providing essential support to Commercial teams for flawless execution.

DATA MANAGEMENT & INSIGHTS GENERATION

  • Co-define andestablishpromo golden rules for online activities, ensuring alignment with the O+O Revenue Growth Manager and Business Developmenthead’s vision.
  • Provide robust analysis and consultation to account teams, guiding the development of promo plans for each retailer, activelymonitoringcompetitorperformance and trends.
  • Co-lead the Promo True-up process for online initiatives, working in conjunction with the O+O Revenue Growth Manager, Finance, and Business Planning teams.
  • Proactivelyidentifyand address risks against budget, takingtimelyactions in collaboration with the online cross-functional team to mitigate potential issues.

PERFORMANCE TRACKING AND OPTIMIZATION

  • Build &maintainO+O Pricing Tracker.
  • Champion data sanitation,accurateuploads, and overall data accuracy for tools like Promo Lens, particularly for online activities.
  • Maintain and actualize the online promo calendar and promo menu uplift/results,leveragingthese insights to inform online strategies.
  • Ensure consistent and robust valorization tracking through advanced tools such as the Value Cockpit and Finance SGA report. This includes driving multi-functional review processes for RGM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against budget.

DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING & ANALYTICS

  • Highly proficient in advanced problem-solving, data analysis, and insight generation. Capable of interpreting complex data sets to extract actionable insights, drive informed decision-making, and create compelling data-driven narratives. Strong command of technical tools like Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.

STRATEGIC THINKING & RGM EXPERTISE

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities with a deep understanding and practical application of RGM techniques and tools. Proven ability to deploy andoptimizecategory-specific RGM strategies within the dynamic online channel, focusing on pricing, promotion, and mix levers.

COMMERCIAL ACUMEN

  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitable growth, valorization, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for promotional activities. Ability to effectively engage and sell strategies to stakeholders.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR

PROFITABLE GROWTH & VALORIZATION

  • Drive profitable growth, achieve valorization targets, and maximize promo ROI and uplift. Directly contribute to the overall Divisional Gross Margin (GM)objectives.

BUDGET AND GROSS MARGIN ATTAINMENT

  • Successfully manage CNS Budget and achieve targets for Promo ROI and Uplift, contributing directly to the Divisions Gross Margin.

RGM STRATEGY DEPLOYMENT & EXECUTION

  • Effectively deploy andoptimizecategory-specific RGM strategies within the online channel, ensuring best-in-class execution of pricing, promotion, and mix levers.

DATA ACCURACY & INSIGHTS

  • Ensure high accuracy and integrity of data used for performance tracking and decision-making, contributing to reliable insights for RGM optimization.
