Support our Documentation Team by learning, developing, and managing the architecture of our existing documentation structure. This role will also maintain all documentation within a streamlined system, perform routine maintenance, and standardize both internal and external content.
Essential Job Functions
Develop and maintain standardization on various types of documentation such as product information, knowledge base articles, training guides, templates, as well as other materials for internal team members and customers to use.
Create and update ticketing labels in the system to properly categorize and group documentation content.
Receive and process internal requests for new articles and creation of templates.
Transcribe video content into written documentation.
Perform monthly compliance checks to ensure company data is handled and organized correctly, including effective maintenance of its sharing and visibility settings.
Uphold the company’s brand by understanding and conveying the correct tone and language in all internal and external resources.
Support the Documentation Manager in providing product updates to internal team members on a regular basis.
Deeply learn the company’s products and services.
Fulfill other related tasks that may be assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field; IT-related course is preferred.
With a minimum 1 year of experience in creating documentation, content, or in a similar capacity.
Effective communicator with excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
Knowledge of Google Apps, Salesforce, Confluence, and/or Jira is a huge plus.
Tech savvy; ability to learn new applications and work with multiple technology platforms for communication and necessary job functions.
Ability to write clear, concise, and structured content.
A keen eye for detail, consistent, and very well-organized.
Ability to exceed the demands for confidentiality within certain high-level aspects of documentation.
Willing to work on night shift.
