Job Description

What you’ll do

Oversee overall operations and site performance
Manage operations managers and team leads
Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
Work closely with clients and internal leaders
Improve processes and drive operational efficiency
Handle escalations and major operational issues
Support growth and scaling of the site

Strong BPO or operations leadership background
Experience managing large teams and multiple programs
Strong people leadership and client management
