Job Description

Ensure stability, reliability, and uptime of all enterprise IT systems and digital platforms.
Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and long-term resilience improvements.
Define and enforce operational standards, SLAs, and governance frameworks across IT operations.
Drive proactive monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization strategies.
Collaborate with engineering teams to minimize production risks and downtime.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong IT operations and production support background in complex enterprise environments.
Experience with incident management, ITIL frameworks, and production reliability engineering.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and system architecture.
Experience leading cross-functional technical teams under high-pressure environments.
Consulting or high-scale enterprise/tech background preferred.
