Job Description
A regional leadership position responsible for setting strategic directionfor one of the Group’s largest fund administration clients, in collaboration with operational and commercial teams from our global locations.. This role drives strategy, operational transformation, and service excellence across the client group, ensuring best-in-class delivery standards across our Global Client Delivery (“GCD”) teams located in Philippines and India. The position focuses onstrategic relationship initiatives, team development, and strong operationsleadership within the funds business.
What Will You Do
- Set strategic direction within GCD for large strategic clients
- Drive transformation initiatives focusing on operational efficiency
- Establish best-in-class delivery standards
- Lead business planning and execution for your group
- Direct quality control framework
- Foster high-performance culture across teams, across locations
- Oversee talent development strategy
- Direct collaboration across funds teams
- Act as escalation and oversight for GCD teams
- Support Global Client Relationship Manager and global operations teams in enhancing strategic client relationship
Tasks
- Embed and optimize delivery performance metrics
- Implement quality control standards
- Establish goals and objectives, aligning across locations
- Ensure on time, in full delivery across client teams
- Lead knowledge management initiatives across global teams supporting the strategic client
- Advocate for and present regional budgetary and compensation requirements
- Drive strategic client relationship development
- Implement talent management strategies
- Lead innovation initiatives
- Manage risk framework
- Direct resource allocation
- Track work progress through timesheet completion and adoption of approapriate workflow tools

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU:
Educational Background
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- A master’s degree, such as an MBA, is preferred.
Professional Experience
- You bring 15+ years of extensive experience in fund accounting or financial services, including at least 7 years in senior leadership and management roles.
- You have a proven ability to drive regional strategy, operational transformation, and service excellence in a complex market or region.
- You demonstrate expertise in managing regional client portfolios and leading cross-border initiatives.
- You have experience managing teams across multiple countries, with a strong focus on talent development.
Desired Experience
- You have experience collaborating with stakeholders across global locations, including the UK, Continental Europe, and the USA.
- You can demonstrate expertise in highly regulated jurisdictions within the global alternatives industry, such as Luxembourg, Jersey, and the Republic of Ireland.
- You have managed teams supporting end-to-end back-office fund processes, including (but not limited to) bookkeeping, NAV reconciliation at both fund and partner levels, statutory financial reporting, transfer agency, and regulatory reporting.
