The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of client marketing projects.

This is not an assistant or task-based role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, thinks independently and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.

Initially, the role will involve a strong focus on social media management, website updates, email marketing, reporting and coordinating client deliverables. As you become familiar with our clients, systems and standards, you will progressively take ownership of more advanced digital marketing responsibilities.

Our goal is that this person can confidently review a project list each day, prioritise tasks, complete work independently, identify opportunities for improvement and present work for final approval rather than requiring constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Social media management across multiple client accounts
• Create Canva graphics, carousels, reels and other digital assets
• Schedule and publish content
• Build and send email marketing campaigns
• Write and upload SEO blog articles
• Update WordPress websites
• Optimise Google Business Profiles
• Prepare monthly marketing reports
• Assist with landing page creation
  
  

Campaign Support

As experience grows within the business, responsibilities will expand to include:

• Monitoring Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitoring Google Ads campaigns
• Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance
• Refreshing ad creatives and copy
• Creating new creative concepts for paid advertising
• Assisting with campaign optimisation
• Supporting SEO implementation
• Assisting with marketing strategy execution
  
  

Operations & Project Management

• Manage daily task lists and priorities
• Coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously
• Follow up clients for content, approvals and assets
• Ensure deadlines are met
• Perform quality assurance checks before work is submitted
• Identify issues before they become problems
• Recommend improvements to processes and workflows
• Help maintain internal systems and documentation

Essential Skills & Experience

• 4–6+ years of digital marketing experience
• Agency experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Canva
• WordPress
• Mailchimp (or similar email platforms)
• Meta Business Suite
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads
• Basic understanding of Google Ads
• Google Analytics (or similar reporting tools)
• Strong project management skills
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
  
  

What Success Looks Like

Within the first few months, we would expect this person to confidently manage the day-to-day execution of marketing activities with minimal supervision.

Over time, they will become a trusted member of the business who can:

• Keep client projects moving
• Independently complete marketing tasks
• Monitor campaigns
• Suggest improvements
• Take ownership of client deliverables
• Allow the Director to focus on strategy, business development and client growth
  
  

Ultimately, if the Director is away on leave, this person should be capable of keeping projects progressing, communicating with clients where appropriate, and ensuring day-to-day operations continue smoothly.
