As a Digital Innovation and Business Transformation Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Data and Analytics Engineering team, focusing on leveraging advanced technologies to design and develop robust data solutions. Your work will transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on automating data processes using cutting-edge tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with colleagues at a strategic level, driving overall project success. Responsibilities

• Serving as the Point of Contact (POC) for all Digital Transformation, AI, Automation, and Innovation initiatives across the Acceleration Centers .
• Managing stakeholder engagement and presenting transformation strategies to executive leadership.
• Establish governance frameworks for AI adoption, responsible AI practices, data privacy, security, and risk management.
• Leading the design and development of data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights
• Automating data collection, analysis, and visualization processes to streamline operations
• Utilizing Alteryx and Power BI to enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Managing offshore teams to validate efficient project execution and delivery
• Applying Agile methodology to drive continuous process improvement and innovation
• Developing and implementing automation frameworks to optimize system efficiency
• Conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for business transformation
• Overseeing project planning, scoping, and resource management to mitigate risks
• Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of inclusion and high performance
• Engaging in strategic questioning to identify underlying problems and opportunities
• Validating outcomes with stakeholders and incorporating feedback to refine solutions
  
  

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 12 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Advanced knowledge of:
• Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems
