Job Summary

The Digital Campaigns Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in developing and overseeing the end-to-end strategy. The role plans, executes, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns across digital advertising, and performance marketing functions. This role acts as the connector between marketing strategies and client business goals, ensuring the traceability of ROI through campaign performance. Responsibilities include translating client requirements into actionable strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing workflows, and providing strategic guidance to specialists and associates.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital advertising and SEM. This includes managing budgets, setting KPIs, and ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Manage campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, 6sense, etc.), paid advertising workflows, and overall campaign structure.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance (SEM & digital ads), using data-driven insights to propose actionable next steps for optimization, including keyword analysis, bid management, A/B testing, and content planning.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with writers, designers, developers, and data teams to ensure campaign objectives are met efficiently.
  • Provide tactical and strategic support to specialists and associates, mentoring them to ensure best practices in campaign execution and optimization.
  • Identify and resolve potential campaign issues, streamline workflows to improve efficiency, and implement scalable processes to enhance overall performance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience in running, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedI n, GA4, etc.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms, and performance analytics, with the ability to translate metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CPC into strategic actions.
  • Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and developing skills on multiple platforms, with the ability to analyze data and improve campaigns accordingly.
  • Possesses a resourceful mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a team player.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Digital Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong command of English, and experience working with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Must be willing to report twice a week in Pasig City, Philippines on a night shift schedule from 8PM to 5AM PST.
