CXL Report And Dashboard Analyst Fixed-Term

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports on service and logistics reports (Power BI, Excel, Macro)
• Automate and improve reporting processes (through data trends, actionable insights)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings
• End-to-end documentation of reports, dashboards and automations, including complete walkthrough, data source mapping, maintenance instructions, and error handling
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, IT, Business, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in reporting or data analytics
• Proficiency in Power BI tools and strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Amenable to work in a 6-months fixed term contract
