Job Description

As a Travel and Hospitality Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support by assisting travelers with reservations, bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries. You will ensure a seamless customer experience by delivering accurate information and resolving concerns through phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, bookings, cancellations, and itinerary modifications.
  • Provide information on flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services.
  • Process booking changes, refunds, and travel requests in accordance with company policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while delivering a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update reservation details in the system.
  • Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS), such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or Worldspan, to manage travel reservations, when applicable.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets while complying with company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Must at least have 1 year GDS Experience
  • Must be Highschool graduate (Old curriculum) or Senior Highschool Graduate
