Customer Service Representative Outbound Survey UK Postal Service

We are urgently hiring 10 Customer Service Representatives to join our team for an outbound survey campaign supporting a UK Postal Service. In this role, youll be reaching out to customers to gather feedback through structured surveysno selling involved!

Job Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound survey calls to UK-based customers.
• Record and input responses accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure professionalism and a positive experience in every interaction.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve campaign goals.
  
  

• At least 1 year of BPO or call center experience (outbound preferred).
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable working on a night shift aligned with UK hours.
• Can start immediately (within 12 days).
• Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
