We Are Hiring: Customer Service Representatives – Non-Voice
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Work Setup & Shift: Full Onsite | Day Shift
Headcount: Multiple Openings (High Volume Hiring)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle non-voice customer support tasks
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and transaction processing
- Ensure written communications meet strict grammar and formatting standards
- Follow standard operating procedures in a structured, process-driven environment
- Bachelors degree required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- BPO experience is an advantage
- Strong written English skills with high attention to grammar and clarity
- Detail-oriented and able to follow standard procedures
- Basic knowledge of finance operations or accounting concepts is a plus.
