Lead and mentor the customer service team

Monitor KPIs such as CSAT, response, and resolution times
Ensure complaint handling aligns with Financial Consumer Protection Act (FCPA) and other regulatory standards

Preferred Background

Experience leading customer service teams
Familiar with SEC regulations and Financial Consumer Protection Act
Strong problem-solving and customer experience mindset
