What Youll Do

  • Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat on product details, pricing, order placement, delivery updates, and other related concerns.
  • Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure proper tracking and documentation.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, offering appropriate solutions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and branches to fulfill customer requests and resolve inquiries.
  • Monitor pending cases to guarantee timely resolution or escalate them when needed.

Qualifications

  • Open to fresh graduates with no prior work experience.
  • Must have completed at least Senior High School (Grade 12).
  • Customer service experience of at least 6 months is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to communicate clearly in both English and Filipino (written and spoken).
