About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Manager to lead customer engagement and retention
initiatives across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing
CRM campaigns, developing loyalty programmes, and driving customer lifetime value in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including content and creative, DTC, brand
management, tech and business intelligence, to design and execute CRM strategies that build
stronger customer relationships and deliver measurable business growth.
