Get to Know the Team

The Philippines People Operations team partners with business leaders and Grabbers to build a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready organisation. We oversee the delivery of people programmes and services across the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance, engagement, employee relations, rewards, learning, and organisational development.

Working with regional People teams and country leadership, we translate business priorities into meaningful people strategies and scalable ways of working. Our team values thoughtful partnership, continuous improvement, and a commitment to Grab's culture.

Get to Know the Role

You'll champion Grab's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and ensure rigorous and clear people decisions. Whether coaching our leaders on how to lead their teams, resolving employee relations issues, or managing programs that develop our Grabbers, you focused on putting them first.

You will manage the daily People Operations, encompassing hiring, onboarding, employee relations, governance, compensation and benefits, retention, performance management, engagement, and learning & development. You will report to the Regional Head of People Operations and collaborate with the People Experience team for optimal Grabbers' experiences.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will provide advanced support and internal consulting to the country management team on all people-related matters, designing and monitoring people policies and processes.
• You will ensure responsive people services, identify scalable process improvements, and drive people-related projects with relevant stakeholders.
• You will be an advisor and change agent, facilitating collaborative conversations and driving workforce planning, engagement, and development initiatives.
• You will establish People metrics, identify necessary policy changes, and implement actions to strengthen culture and performance.
• You will oversee the Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery through Talent Acquisition Business Partners.
  
  

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• HR Leadership Experience: At least 15 years of experience managing HR teams across multiple disciplines, with expertise in HR audit, compensation and benefits design, and policy setting/redesign.
• Influence and Data-Driven Experience: Experience to advise, influence people decisions while banacing multiple needs, espcially with senior colleagues. Translate data into insights for clear recommendations and practical actions.
• Stakeholder Management and Execution: Experience partnering with business leaders and cross teams, working on multiple workstreams and delivering time-sensitive plans within agreed deadlines. Take ownership, anticipate issues, and act to move work forward.
