Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized and creative Content Producer to bring our brand stories to life across digital platforms. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end content production process—from concept and planning to execution and delivery—ensuring every campaign is visually compelling, strategically aligned, and executed flawlessly.

Working closely with Marketing, Creative, Photography, and external partners, you'll be the driving force behind the creation of engaging content that elevates our brands, strengthens customer connection, and supports business growth. What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of content for social media, digital campaigns, e-commerce, and brand marketing initiatives.
  • Transform marketing objectives into clear content plans, creative briefs, production schedules, and shot lists.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Design, Photography, Styling, and external creative partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Manage production timelines, locations, talent, vendors, and creative resources to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
  • Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring all content meets brand standards, creative direction, and campaign objectives.
  • Champion consistent storytelling and visual excellence across all customer touchpoints and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate post-production workflows, approvals, revisions, and final asset delivery.
  • Maintain a well-organized digital asset library to ensure content is easily accessible and ready for deployment.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in content production, creative project management, or a similar role in fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media content strategy and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with photographers, stylists, editors, and other creative professionals.
  • Passion for fashion, design, and youth culture is a plus.
