Consulting And Changing Management Intern

The Consulting and Changing Management Intern will support a government consulting engagement focused on digitizing client workflows and ensuring the successful adoption of a new application. This role sits primarily within the consulting and change management workstream, helping shape the vision of the solution with stakeholders and supporting planning for operationalization and user adoption.

This role is ideal for someone interested in consulting, digital transformation, public sector work, and change management.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Management, Public Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize information clearly and document discussions effectively
• Interest in consulting, digital transformation, and change management
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, including government counterparts
• Willingness to work onsite in Pasig and Commonwealth as needed
