Job Description

Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on compensation trends, benefit utilization, and ROI of programs.
Prepare compensation analyses for internal stakeholders including executives and department heads
Ensure accurate and timely benefits-related compliance reporting
Lead relationships with external benefits vendors and consultants.
Maintain audit-ready documentation for compensation decisions and benefit plan operations.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards on compensation metrics, cost modeling, and benefits utilization.
Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
1+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluations, and benefits administration.
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools
Solid understanding of employment laws and benefit regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
