The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing and administering employee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. This role ensures that the companys compensation policies and benefit offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. The specialist will analyze job roles, design pay structures, recommend benefits packages, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with at least three years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, strong analytical skills, knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency in HR information systems.
