🎯 Role Mission

As the Community Associate – Nurse for work.able by Robinsons Land, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to your assigned work.able Center. You will handle a variety of operational tasks to help ensure smooth day‑to‑day center activities and maintain positive, productive interactions between the organization, its members, and guests. Your background in the medical field would also play a vital role in serving our tenants and their employees need for minor medical attention.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse with active board license
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in co‑working spaces, flexible workspace operations, hotel, hospital front desk, or a similar service‑oriented environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable
• Proactive, resourceful, and a go‑getter
• Willing to work onsite in Makati and on a shifting schedule across any work.able Center location within Metro Manila (Ortigas, Bridgetowne, Makati)
