Title: Cash and Banking Specialist

The Cash and Banking Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily cash operations, fund consolidation, payment execution, and short-term investments to ensure liquidity and accurate financial reporting.

Cash Position Preparation & Reporting

• Daily analysis and monitoring of all cash management-related transactions, including collections, payments, and fund transfers.
  
  

• Facilitates the sweeping of funds from various store/ other accounts to corporate accounts for disbursement purposes.
• Transmits fund transfer instructions via electronic banking systems
  
  

• Investment
• Coordinates with partner banks.
• Canvasses Rates

• MMP Portfolio
• Monitors & Updates
  

• Manages the monitoring and tracking of complaints/feedback and issue resolution in relation to Cash Management transactions.
• Coordination with partner banks/ Third party providers and concerned parties to resolve issues.

• Cross Boarder Transfers
• Domestic Transfers
• Capital infusion and investments
• Loan Principal and Interest
• Managers Check (Local Tax)
• Letter of Authorization (Utilities)
• Dollar Travel Fund

• Cash Pooling/Fund Transfers
• Other related Cash Management Reports
  
  

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in BS Accountancy.
• Must have at least 3 years of professional experience in in treasury/cash management operations or banking operations.
• Proven track record in electronic payments, funds pooling, and short-term investments, with strong reporting and stakeholder management.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working set-up (2 days onsite per week)
